Start a remote session when you want help at the computer. Download the Windows helper, run it, and stay nearby. We join from here. You do not need to sign in first.

Start a remote session
Press Start session, then download Support for Windows. Double-click Support.exe. Type the code shown here. Close the Support window to end. Windows permission prompts cannot be clicked from here.
